To assist the Seller in verifying claims of shortage, damage, or incorrect items, the Buyer is requested to provide a clear, unedited video of the package unboxing (showing the shipping label and the product condition upon opening).

Upon receipt of such complaints, the Seller will validate the genuineness of the complaint with our video recordings of the packing, scanning, and weighing process.

Subject to inspection/verification of the complaint, the Buyer shall be entitled to:

• A full repair or replacement of the defective Product; or
• A partial or full refund, depending on the nature of the defect.
• The Seller shall process all verified claims promptly and without unreasonable delay.

Once the complaint is established genuine, we will share our findings and arrange to have the product returned to us via our third-party courier.

The cost of return shipping is the Buyer's responsibility unless the Product is short in quantity, incorrect product, defective product, or is different from the description of the product on the website.

The Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. These Terms are subject to applicable consumer protection legislation in the Seller's jurisdiction, including (but not limited to) Consumer Protection Act 2019 and applicable e-commerce rules; where any term in this document conflicts with mandatory consumer protection law, the applicable law shall prevail.
